Builders first, since 1998
A family-run company with our own carpenters and a shop full of good tools.
It started with one timber frame.
Art Beam began in 1998 when two carpenters raised a hand-cut timber frame on a hill outside Alder Point. The owners told their neighbors, the neighbors called, and we have been building ever since.
Today we are a team of 38: designers, project leads and the carpenters who frame and finish every home. We still build a few timber frames each year, and we still answer our own phone.

Fixed prices, real schedules, and a weekly update whether the news is good or not.
Build it once
Rain screens, sealed attics and careful flashing, because the coast is hard on houses.

We hire local, keep job sites clean and treat every neighbor as a future client.
